Introduction
Hello! My name is Gwanwoo Jeon, and I have been working as an undergraduate researcher in SRPL since November 2024. I plan to continue my studies here in the integrated M.S.–Ph.D. program.
Currently, I am conducting research on the beneficiation of nickel laterite ores. In particular, I investigate the chemical composition and structure of laterites and perform experiments aimed at improving ore grade and metal recovery through reduction roasting and magnetic separation.
My ultimate goal is to develop beneficiation processes that can be applied not only to nickel laterites but also to other valuable mineral resources.
